LIMITED COMMENTS ABOUT PROPOSITIONS:
=====
Proposition 1A-NO - BOND ACT.
Robert Colaco the Founder and Volunteer National Chairman of Citizens For A Better America® (CFABA.ORG) have the following comments about Proposition 1A entitled SAFE, RELIABLE HIGH-SPEED PASSENGER TRAIN BOND ACT.
While I have used the public transportation systems, for many years, including those within the city of Los Angeles http://metro.net/default.asp as well as the southern California regional transportation
system of http://www.metrolinktrains.com/ I am not in support of what the "Summary of Legislative Analyst’s Estimate of Net State and Local Government Fiscal Impact, says:
" * State costs of about $19.4 billion, assuming 30 years to pay off both principal ($9.95 billion) and interest ($9.5 billion) costs of the bonds. Payments of about $647 million per year.
* When constructed, additional unknown costs, probably in excess of $1 billion a year, to operate and maintain a high-speed train system. The costs would be at least partially, and potentially fully, offset by passenger fare revenues, depending on
ridership."
=====
Proposition 4-YES
WAITING PERIOD AND PARENTAL NOTIFICATION BEFORE TERMINATION OF MINOR’S PREGNANCY. INITIATIVE CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT.

=====
Proposition 6-YES
It is sad, that we as voters in the state of California have to continue to tell our state legislators how we want them to prioritize our tax dollars. This is an effort to do just that. It is an effort to tell them that they must prioritize "police
and law enforcement funding.
=====
Proposition 8-YES
"As far as Proposition eight is concerned, we have launched a web site dedicated to the preservation of marriage between one man and one woman, you can obtain additional information that clicking on the following link: http://protectmarriage.info/
=====
Proposition 9-YES
This is a necessary change in the California criminal justice system to protect victims. We have to tell the judges that they must consider the people that have been victimized as it says in the short definition of your ballot which states:
"Requires notification to victim and opportunity for input during phases of
criminal justice process, including bail, pleas, sentencing and parole. Establishes
victim safety as consideration for bail or parole."
