"For the November 5th, 2002 general election we e-mailed out our CFABA.ORG Candidate Questionnaire ™ to over 700 candidates. We only e-mail out our candidate questionnaire and do not mail or fax it out. Most candidates have e-mail address and give
them out when they file as a candidate. We located the candidates we e-mailed to this election using the following Internet websites," said Robert Colaco, the Volunteer National Chairman and Founder of Citizens For A Better America ®. (Please be aware
that some of these pages are huge and will take a while to load and the information may have changed or may not be there after the election).

We applaud these three websites because they make it easy for the voters to communicate via e-mail with the candidates. This also helps us so we can make our CFABA.ORG Candidate Questionnaire ™ available via e-mail to every candidate with a public
e-mail address. It is always our goal and desire to be able to send out as many questionnaires as we possibly can.
Most states make it very difficult for us to send e-mails to candidates on their list. Of the major parties, we could only find one, the National Republican Congressional Committee which had a complete list of all their candidates for the U.S. House
of Representative nationwide with e-mail addresses. Others either were not there, did not have a list or did not have e-mail addresses.
We are proud of both the Los Angeles County Registrar- Recorder/County Clerk, Conny B. McCormack as well as outgoing California Secretary of State, Bill Jones for accepting our encouragement to include candidate e-mail addresses for candidates so that
the general public can communicate easily with candidates. We would encourage all State Secretary of State's offices, county and city election officials to follow their lead," said Colaco.
"Citizens For A Better America ® has a tough endorsement evaluation process and we are proud of the candidates who qualify to be placed on our "Good Guys List" ™. [http://www.GoodGuysList.org], candidates who
are Pro America first, Pro traditional family, Pro life, Pro 2nd Amendment, Pro USA sovereignty, Pro constitutional. Candidates from the very lowest to the very highest political positions all over the United States of America. Not everyone who
completes a candidate questionnaire qualifies for the next step in the endorsement process," said Colaco.
"We as an organization have been criticized by some for being too picky. This criticism has come mostly from candidates that do not receive our endorsement or their supporters. We have however seen again and again how critical it is to continually
be vigilant to find statesmen and women that we as a nation truly can count on both personally and politically," said Colaco.
"Why have these individual(s) been qualified to appear on your 'Good Guys List' ™?", asked one radio show host of Robert Colaco. "We ask very hard hitting written questions that test not only a candidate's political positions but also their knowledge
of the political process. Our goal is to discover their core beliefs, and we believe our questions do that. If they pass the questionnaire, we then ask them to fill out our Background Check Form ™. Then we ask them to sign off that we can say the
things that we have said about them in this News Release announcing our endorsement of their candidacy. They sign all three documents under the penalties of perjury. Only after all this do we consider them to be endorsable by
us," said Colaco.
"Citizens For A Better America ®, has two levels of involvement which the candidate can pick between. All three of our candidates for various reasons have chosen to participate in our Basic Endorsement Program ™, which is our default program. Under
this program we publish their information on our Websites on our Good Guys List ™, which is located at: [http://www.GoodGuysList.org]. While we are not attempting to print and distribute our "HAVE YOU BEEN LIED
TO?" ™ flyer in their districts under this program we are still thrilled to be able endorse candidates who are men and women of integrity and statesmanship," said Colaco.
"It is a rare and special candidate that qualifies for our endorsement. So, we proudly give our endorsement to each candidate on our "Good Guys List" ™. If you can vote we enthusiastically encourage you to vote for them. In addition we want to
encourage you to do all you can do to get these men and women elected to the offices they are running for," said Colaco.
"What do I mean by do all you can? I mean call them up and ask them if you can volunteer for them, put out a yard sign, and call your friends. Forward this News Release to everyone you know. And contribute to us so that we can help them get
elected. You can contribute money to their campaign if you do not want to give it to us. Give them the very best contribution that you can whether that is five dollars ($5.00) or up to the maximum of one thousand dollars ($1,000) per individual," said
Colaco.
